After the customer decides to order a product, the product shall be free of defects in material and workmanship from the original date of purchase. The warranties do not apply to (A) any product subjected to abuse, neglect, misuse, or (B) any item modified from its original configuration, and (C) any product that is used by anyone other than the original user. In the event when TLM receives, during the applicable warranty period, notice of a defect in any product which is covered by TLM’s warranty, a reference number will be issued to the customer and the product will be returned to TLM. Upon evaluation by TLM, the product shall be repaired/replaced at the sole discretion of TLM.
Footwear shall be free of defects in material or workmanship from the original date of purchase. The warranties do not cover any defect due to accidents, improper fit, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use, rips, tears, holes, burns, pilling and shrinking.
Repaired or replaced product is covered for the remainder of the original warranty.
Special Note:
-
Shell breakage is defined as a complete fracture of the shell, a significant (“visible”) crack in the shell or a separation of a single shell component into multiple pieces, rendering the product unfit for wear by the original user. In the event that the product is bent, or the shape is significantly altered from the original shape due to impact, user activity or outside forces, it is considered to have fulfilled the commitment of this product to provide protection for the user and is not covered under this warranty.
